Preferred payment conditions:

• The Buyer shall arrange 14 days prior to the arrival of the nominated vessel with 1st class bank an irrevocable and workable Letter of Credit (L/C) payable at sight in favour of the Seller to cover 100% of the shipment value to be made for provisional payment.

   

  The said L/C shall be payable by telegraphic transfer (T/T) reimbursement by opening bank within one working day for the amount of 90%(ninety percent) of the value of this shipment on presentation of the documents required by L/C.

   

  The balance due to the Seller after provisional payment shall be made against L/C by T/T transfer against the Seller’s final invoice delivered through the Bank. This invoice is to be based on CIQ’s certificate as provided issued within 30 days from the date of bills of lading.
